Glenville grad receives scholarship

Kendra Davis of Glenville was awarded the Jared and Justin Bedwell Memorial Scholarship

during the 2013 National Junior Shorthorn Show and Conference in Des Moines, Iowa. The scholarship for $1,000 is awarded to a high school senior or college student who is active in the American Shorthorn Association and is also based upon need and participation in other activities. Davis is the daughter of Lance and Sharon Davis of Glenville. She plans to attend South Dakota State University to earn a degree in animal science.
