Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Clinton James Taylor for second-degree drug possession, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 2:28 a.m. today at Harmony Park, according to reports.

Deputies arrested Andrew Walter Gernand at 4:19 p.m. Thursday for felony possession of drugs at the park, according to reports. The arrest was assisted by the security company at the park.

Chief Deputy Glen Strom said Gernand was allegedly found with marijuana, hash and another unidentified drug.

Sheriff’s Office logs stated at least 11 people were warned on drug violations between Thursday night and early this morning at the park. Thursday marked the first day of Shangri-La, a four-day festival, presented by Wookiefoot.
