Central Freeborn Lutheran Church will hold a soup and pie supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 30.

Proceeds will benefit the American Legion Post 56 debt reduction and Senior Resources.

The soups being served are wild rice, chili, potato and chicken noodle. Ice cream will be available, too. Nonperishable food items are being collected to support local food shelves. The cost is $7 for adults, $3.50 for children and ages five and under are free.
