Missing car found in Waseca County

A Hartland resident reported his car was stolen to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office at 9:08 a.m. Sunday. The keys were reportedly in the vehicle. The 1996 Chrysler Concorde was later found unoccupied in Waseca County, and the owner was notified to pick it up.

 

1 cited for possession

Carly Jo Peterson, 21, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1 a.m. Saturday, according to Albert Lea police. Police were responding to a call of subjects possibly smoking marijuana in a car behind Hy-Vee.

 

Man arrested for disorderly conduct

Albert Lea police responded to a call of a disorderly person who was causing damage at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club around 10:30 p.m. Saturday. Police arrested Ronald J. Neumann, 44, for disorderly conduct, according to reports.

 

Hit-and-run crash reported

A 2008 black Pontiac Grand Prix was reported damaged to Albert Lea police at 12:38 p.m. Sunday at 1550 Blake Ave.

 

Garage fire reported

A garage, with two vehicles inside, was reportedly on fire at 10:33 a.m. Monday at 26117 725th Ave. in Albert Lea. Fire departments from Manchester, Clarks Grove and Hartland responded.

 

Stove fire reported

Fire departments from Clarks Grove and Geneva responded to a call of smoke coming from windows at 330 N. Hillcrest Circle in Clarks Grove at 12:32 p.m. Monday. No one was home at the time, and food was reportedly left on the stove.
