The Big Island Rendezvous committee announces the creation of the 27th annual print by artist Eloise Adams.
The proceeds from the sale of the prints help fund the two student Education Days when more than 3,000 students spend a day at the Rendezvous.
The top of the print shows an Old West stage coach and drive. The stage carried mail, baggage, freight and passengers.
On the top right are Elora and Mathies Greiner watching their sister, Treselia Ann, play her violin.
On the bottom right is Minnesota Jack Sparrow. On the top left is his first mate.
In the center, the print shows mother, Julie Pagel, carrying her daughter, Amelia. Beside Julie is her friend, Wesley Toupence.
On the lower center are the pioneer town’s can-can dancers and the girlfriends of the cowboys.
On the bottom are loyal volunteers Lois and Les Anderson. For 27 years the couple has drove shuttle, acted as guides and helped park buses.
The prints are available at the Adams Original tent at the Rendezvous and at Adam’s Originals in downtown Albert Lea.
