Man arrested for possession of firearms

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Todd Edwin Radke for being in possession of firearms as a felon after dispatchers received a report of a suspicious person at 7:53 p.m. Thursday.

 

3 cited for underage drinking

Albert Lea police cited Kyle Chancellor Steele, 20, Dakota Raydean Sorgatz, 19, and Karizma Lorraine Hamberg, 20, for underage drinking at 1:39 a.m. Thursday at 124 E. Third St., according to reports.

 

Someone breaks into house

A house at 1002 Bridge Ave. was reportedly broken into early Wednesday morning, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Juvenile caught shoplifting

A juvenile girl was reportedly caught shoplifting at Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave., at 5:03 p.m. Wednesday, according to police.

 

Items reported stolen

Two hubcaps were reported stolen from a vehicle at the Albert Lea city garage at 8:26 a.m. Thursday, according to police. Value was estimated at $80. The theft took place the day before.

A grill and an air conditioner were reported stolen from 309 E. College St. at 5:26 p.m. Thursday, according to police.

A receiver hitch for a trailer was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in front of Nelson’s Market Place, 1619 W. Main St., at 9:05 p.m. Thursday, according to police.
