Tire slashed

A tire on a vehicle at 1102 W. Front St. was reported slashed at 11:29 p.m. Wednesday. The owner of the car reported seeing three people wearing black clothing run from the vehicle toward the Kwik Trip on Front Street.

 

Car broken into

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday of a car that was broken into at 216 S. Independence Ave. in Clarks Grove. Someone attempted to break into a shed.

 

CDs stolen

About $2,500 in CDs was reported stolen from a person at 2301 E. Main St. at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday.
