Go.
Tonight.
Get out of the house. Get in the car. Drive to Hammer Field. Fill the stands. Watch the action. Cheer on the Albert Lea High School girls’ soccer team.
The Tigers have reached the section final and are hosting it tonight. Right here in town. The game starts at 7 p.m.
They play the Scarlets of Mankato West.
We want as much of a home-field advantage as possible. That means we need bodies in the bleachers yelling, screaming, confusing the Scarlets and encouraging the Tigers, all in a good-sportsmanship way.
If the Tigers win, they go to state. It’s that simple. It’s so close, we can taste it.
Go.
Tonight.
