A 34-year-old man did not want to press charges after he was reportedly stabbed in the arm twice, according to police. The incident was reported at 2:45 a.m. today at 404 Fountain St., the medical center in Albert Lea.

The victim, Donicio Jeremiah Madrigal, was arrested on a local warrant, according to reports.
