Muriel Kolling, 80, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Muriel Louisa Kolling, 80, died on Oct. 8, 2013, at Dougherty Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.
Muriel was born to Verle and Fern (Miller) Graham on Oct. 28, 1932, in Morris. Muriel graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D., with a teaching degree.
Muriel was united in marriage to R. Clayton Kolling in August 1953. They made their home in Chokio for 34 years. In 1987, the two moved to Brownsville, Texas, to enjoy each other in their retirement.
Clayton passed away May 25, 1989. In 1991, Muriel married Leonard Wiese. Together they spent 19 years and enjoyed sporting events, watching television game shows and spending time with her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Verle and Fern; husband Clayton; son Gary; and Leonard.
Grateful for having shared her life are her children, Randy (Deb) Kolling of Albert Lea and Nancy (Dale) Beaumont of Sioux Falls, S.D.; four grandchildren, Josh (Liz) Kolling, Bethany (Fiancé) Matt, Wade Kolling and Lauren (Blake) Ridgway; and a host of other relatives and friends.
