ST. CLOUD — A St. Cloud store owner is accused of selling illegal drugs at his place of business and of criminal sexual conduct with a teenage girl.

Police arrested the 44-year-old man this week after receiving information that he was selling prescription pain pills. Authorities say a 17-year-old girl and 1 1/2 -year-old child were present when investigators conducted a search warrant at the store.

Police say a DNA test was ordered and the store owner was found to be the father of the child who would have been conceived when the girl was 15.

The man is being held in the Stearns County Jail.
