Police received a report at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday of a middle-aged man who reportedly drove up to a house at 709 Pilot St., got out of the vehicle, urinated by a house and then got into the vehicle and left. Reports stated the man had a medical issue.

A man in a red Grand Prix reportedly pulled over on East Main Street near Prospect Avenue to ask a woman walking if she wanted a ride. When she walked up to the car, the man had his jeans down to his feet. Police were unable to track down the vehicle.
