Car damaged by fire

A car fire was reported near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 45 and Minnesota Highway 251 at 1:50 p.m. Monday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office. The car sustained minor damage.

 

Wells Fargo reports counterfeit bill

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at Wells Fargo, 122 E. Main St., at 11:10 a.m. Monday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Tools taken from garage

Tools were missing from a garage at 1311 Margaretha Ave. at 6:44 p.m. Monday, according to police.
