The Kiester man arrested and released last week after a weapons raid of his home was arrested again Saturday.
He allegedly violated an order for protection.
Michael Mixon, 61, was not supposed to be in Albert Lea’s Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave., as part of the order but was reportedly found there at 2:27 p.m. Saturday.
Faribault County sheriff’s deputies arrested him later at his home, and the man is being held on the violation in the Freeborn County jail.
Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the South Central Drug Investigative Unit’s Special Weapons and Tactics Team conducted a search warrant Tuesday at Mixon’s home, 56661 20th St., southwest of Kiester, and reportedly found what was believed to have been two illegal gun silencers.
Mixon was arrested on a weapons charge but was released Thursday as authorities await the results of the analysis of the silencers.
