Woman arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Lisa Marie Newton, 41, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated near the intersection of South Broadway and East Clark Street at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday. The arrest took place after Newton allegedly cut off a second vehicle, causing that vehicle to hit another.

 

Man cited for assault

Police arrested Greydon David Wendt, 26, for domestic assault and criminal damage to property at 6:17 p.m. Thursday at 812 W. Clark St.

 

Items reported stolen

A miter saw, steel saw, jig saw and other items were reported stolen from 409 Lynwood Drive at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday.
