A hit-and-run crash was reported at 10:40 a.m. Friday in the parking lot near St. Mary Avenue and William Street. The crash reportedly took place between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

 

1 cited for shoplifting

A juvenile was cited for shoplifting from Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave., at 12:48 p.m. Friday, according to police.

 

Mail missing

Mail was reported missing from a mailbox at 1131 South Shore Drive at 5:31 p.m. Friday, police stated.

 

Man arrested for threats, assault

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jeffrey Russel Transue, 28, for terroristic threats, domestic assault and violation of a harassment restraining order at 9:56 p.m. Friday at 71692 120th St., Emmons.

 

Window smashed out of car

A window in car was reported smashed out at 703 E. Main St. at 9:28 p.m. Saturday. A cell phone was taken.
