The Albert Lea boys’ swimming team lost 95-89 to Faribault Tuesday at home.

The Tigers won four of the 12 varsity events.

Albert Lea’s 200-yard medley relay team of Derek Wagner, Daniel Gould, Preston Smith and Larry Holcomb took first place in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:47.42. Smith also won the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 56.91. Wagner followed the relay by winning the 100-yard breaststroke in 67 seconds flat, and Carter Simon won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 6:06.70.
