Guns were reported stolen from a house at 1315 W. Clark St. at 12:12 p.m. Tuesday. The house appeared to have been broken into between 5 a.m. and noon Tuesday.

 

Monitor stolen

HAYWARD — A monitor was reported stolen from a tractor on a gravel road near Hayward at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Man arrested on violation

Albert Lea police arrested Mark Allen Kuiper, 34, on a probation violation for fifth-degree drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:01 a.m. Tuesday at the Freeborn County Courthouse, 411 S. Broadway.

 

Geneva, Ellendale without power

The Geneva and Ellendale area was without power for at least 4 1/2 hours Tuesday night through early this morning for scheduled maintenance, according to reports.
