Murder and disco, together at last

A murder mystery with a disco twist will light up the stage at the Lighthouse Events Center on Saturday.

Saturday Night Fever Disco Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre will get underway at 6:30 p.m.

The menu for the evening features a choice of lasagna (meat or vegetable), tomato basil boneless chicken breast and garlic herb boneless pork along with a caesar salad, baked potato, catalina blend vegetable and triple chocolate cake.

Tickets for the show and meal are $25. Reservations can be made by calling 373-3144.

 

Friday

• The Albert Lea Eagles Club will host the Larry Paul Band in the evening.

• There will be a prime rib, steak, chicken and all-you-can-eat fish fry at the Albert Lea Moose Club. Cost is $10. Megaforce Karaoke will begin at 7 p.m.

 

Saturday

• The Albert Lea Eagles Club will serve steak, shrimp and chicken strips for dinner. Entertainment will be provided by the DC Drifters.

• The Albert Lea Moose Club will host KB Karaoke beginning at 7 p.m. The band Thurst will play at Chubby’s on Broadway in the evening. There is no cover charge for the event.

• The H.O.G. Band will play at Julio’s Bar & Grill in Hayward at 9 p.m.

 

Sunday

• “A Christmas Fantasy: Festival of Trees” will wrap up at the Petran House. Hours for the final day are noon to 5 p.m. Cost is $5 and there is no cost for students.
