1 arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jeremy Mark Peterson at 12:26 a.m. today for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after his vehicle reportedly went into the ditch near the intersection of Freeborn County roads 103 and 34 northeast of Maple Island.

 

Burglary reported

Police received a report of a burglary at 10:53 p.m. Tuesday at a house at 418 Pillsbury Ave. A TV and Xbox were missing.

 

Man cited for underage drinking

Albert Lea police cited Chaz Michael Burgdorf, 20, for underage drinking after receiving a report of a man stumbling in the road near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Fountain Street at 10:52 p.m. Tuesday.
