OWATONNA — A Steele County District Court hearing for Mark Allan Misgen, 42, accused of starting his home on fire two years ago in Ellendale, was postponed Monday until Feb. 18.

Misgen and his wife, Sara Ellen Degen-Misgen, 40, have both pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree arson and insurance fraud.
