Man arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Philip Ray Joseph Becker, 24, for driving while intoxicated after a vehicle was reported stuck in a snow bank at 1:11 a.m. today at 708 Frank Ave.

 

2 cited for shoplifting

Albert Lea police cited Peter Joseph Jilk, 20, and a juvenile for theft at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday from Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Police received a report of a customer who reportedly took merchandise from at 11:38 a.m. Tuesday from Walmart. There was video of the incident.

 

Car damaged

Damage was reported to a 2013 silver Honda Pilot at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday at 707 E. 10th St., reports stated.

 

Truck violates school bus stop

A red straight truck reportedly went through a school bus stop arm at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 65 in Glenville.
