Albert Lea police arrested Brandon David Stigney, 30, of Austin for possession of stolen property, obstructing legal process, driving while intoxicated, driving after cancellation and giving false information to a police officer after he reportedly was seen driving through a stop sign at the intersection of Front Street and Madison Avenue at 11:38 p.m. Tuesday.

Stigney was driving a 1996 white Dodge Neon that had been stolen from Austin between Dec. 23 and 24.
