Approximately 60 children received free teeth cleanings, checkups, fillings, sealants or extractions on Saturday at Main Street Dental Clinic in New Richland and Blooming Prairie, according to a news release.
As part of the Give Kids A Smile program, coordinated by the Minnesota Dental Association, thousands of dental professionals across the state work to put healthy smiles on the faces of Minnesota’s children.
Along with the satisfaction of helping children protect and restore their dental health, volunteers are gratified to see so many beautiful smiles, the release stated.
