Albert Lea police arrested Scott Alan Johnson, 53, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after receiving a report at 10:14 p.m. Sunday of suspicious activity at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Police arrested Shannon Nicole Henderson for third-degree driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident at 12:15 a.m. today at the intersection of South First Avenue and West Clark Street.
