Memorial services for Vivian Knutson, 87, of Albert Lea, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Church Chapel. The Rev. John Holt will officiate. Vivian died Friday, March 14, 2014, at her home.

Vivian Harriet Knutson was born on March 13, 1927, to George and Theoline (Anderson) Bendickson in Lake Mills, the last of 11 children. Vivian grew up in Lake Mills where she graduated from high school. On March 13, 1945, she was united in marriage to Arthur Knutson in Lake Mills. Together they lived in various places before moving to Albert Lea. Vivian was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking. Vivian enjoyed dancing with her husband. She also enjoyed her pets, ceramics and painting.

Survivors include her children Judy Hagmann, Robert Knutson, William (Connie) Knutson, Steven Knutson and Darla Knutson; grandchildren Zach (Martina) Knutson, Katy (Nick) Mulvihill, Evan Knutson and Val Knutson; her pets Missy and Stripes; and close family friends Kristina Hawk and Kristopher Hawk.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 1999; 10 siblings and son-in-law, Tom Hagmann.
