AUSTIN — The Early Childhood Family Education Advisory Council is bringing author Eric Litwin to Austin.

Litwin is the No. 1 New York Times best-selling author of the first four “Pete the Cat” picture books and the author of the new musical series “The Nuts.”

He’ll help put on an evening of song and storytelling at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ellis Middle School in the auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.
