United Way will sponsor Kids Creativity Day, a fundraiser for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, according to a press release.

The event will be from 1 to 5 p.m. May 10 at Northbridge Mall in Albert Lea. The cost is $40 per child, and their accompanying adults are free. All materials for the kids activities are included in the cost.

Activities include painting, coloring, craft making and cookie decorating.

Participants will get to make a moonlit owl painting to take home with them.

Aprons are provided, but paint-friendly clothes are recommended. Participants must be registered beforehand.
