Man reportedly stabbed; police investigating
Albert Lea police received a report at 10:58 p.m. Sunday of a 28-year-old man who was stabbed at 738 W. Front St. The stabbing was reportedly minor, according to police.
The incident remains under investigation. No one has been arrested.
“We’re looking for more information because we don’t have a clear picture of what happened,” Lt. Darren Hanson said.
1 arrested for DWI
Albert Lea police arrested Jacqueline Kaye Clack, 44, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 3:17 p.m. at 721 W. Clark St.
2 cited for tampering
Freeborn County sheriff’s deputies cited Derreck Joseph Friday and David Wesley Neely for motor vehicle tampering, criminal damage and theft at 11:06 p.m. Wednesday at 205 Second St. S.E. in Clarks Grove after receiving a report of a broken window on a black 2013 Honda Civic.
Suspicious person reported
Albert Lea police received a report of a person in a black and white mask who walked into Dairy Queen, 2530 Bridge Ave., at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and gave the employees a piece of paper with a verse on it. The note was not threatening, according to police.
Man cited for burning violation
Freeborn County sheriff’s deputies cited Timothy Ray Serrano after receiving a report at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday that someone was burning plastic at 10851 Main St., Gordonsville.
Tree stand taken
A tree stand used for hunting was reported taken east of Moscow at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday.
Vehicle window damaged
A window was reported broken out of a white van at 809 S. First Ave. at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday.
