I’m just wondering why the Albert Lea Police Department has to announce a special month for cracking down on texting and driving, drinking and driving and seat belts, etc. Isn’t it their job to do that all the time? People shouldn’t be given a warning to be extra careful about using their cellphone during a certain time period. These things need to be obeyed and enforced equally year-round.
