The American Legion Auxiliary Post 56 announces May 15 and 16 as Poppy Days in Albert Lea. Volunteers will offer poppies from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days at Hy-Vee, Shopko and Walmart. Poppies are made for veterans by veterans. For more information call chairwoman Audrey Johannsen at 373-9809.
