The city of Albert Lea announced Wednesday it will accept brush and tree debris from city residents free of charge during normal operating hours at the Transfer Station and Demolition Landfill through June 28.

There will be no brush or other waste collected at any other site. Trash and demolition materials can be disposed of at regular prices and during normal operating hours at the transfer station.

Regular transfer station hours are 3 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
