As a proud supporter of the Corey Goodnature Scholarship Golf Tournament and a friend of the Goodnatures I feel compelled to write this letter!

Hero Corey Goodnature died in Afghanistan in 2005 on an all-volunteer rescue mission of his trapped fellow soldiers. They even made a Hollywood movie about the mission, “Lone Survivor.”

What President Barack Obama did — by releasing these five al-Qaida senior leaders, murderers all of them, with no restrictions to the life of luxury for a suspected Army deserter who, reports say, left his battle armor and rifle and disappeared in the middle of the night — is terrible! Some of his fellow soldiers went on national TV and called him a deserter.

Every veteran of war dead families are dishonored by this. After Benghazi, the NSA spying scandal, the IRS targeting, Operation Fast and Furious, gun running and all the lies and deception of Obamacare, Obama tops it off by releasing these killers of Americans, vowed haters of America who just want to kill Americans!

Any supporter of Obama should be ashamed of their vote for this coward, serial liar and dishonest man we have as a president!

If Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and Chuck Hagel had been in charge of World War II, we would all be speaking German and saluting the swastika after we’d lost the war.

I, myself, have nothing but the greatest admiration for our American war dead and their families as they sacrificed the ultimate with their lives to secure our freedoms for us!

For Obama to have done this, it is the most reprehensible thing to happen in my lifetime. As a U.S. citizen I believe he should be forced to resign or be impeached as our president!
