Offender arrested for violation

Albert Lea police arrested Paul Arthur Berg, 62, a Level 3 predatory offender, on a probation violation at 10:33 a.m. Wednesday, according to reports. Look to the Tribune for more information as it becomes available.

 

Guitar reported stolen

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report Wednesday of a guitar that was stolen from a van parked in the Harmony Park parking lot on May 27. The owner just noticed it missing when he got home to Colorado.

Gas caps cut off

The gas cap on two vehicles was reported cut off at 907 Gene Ave.

 

Gas leak reported 

A gas leak was reported on the 600 block of Minnesota Avenue at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. No residents had to be evacuated.

 

Juvenile cited for marijuana

A juvenile was cited for drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Front St.
