Jenna Vogelsang of Albert Lea and Tyler Hegwood of Albert Lea were married at 7 p.m. May 9, 2014, at Grace Lutheran Church in Albert Lea in a double ring ceremony.
A reception was at the 4-H building at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds following the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Todd and Lisa Vogelsang of Albert Lea and the granddaughter of Alice and Keith Braund of Emmons.
The groom is the son of Brad and Cindy Hegwood of Albert Lea.
The bride is a graduate of Albert Lea High School and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in elementary education. She is employed by Albert Lea Area Schools.
The groom is a graduate of Albert Lea High School and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in biology. He is employed by Motor Inn Co.
The matron of honor was Holly Stiernagle, sister of the bride, of Owatonna. The maid of honor was Rachel Nelson, friend of the bride, of Brooklyn, N.Y. Bridesmaids were Amber Edwards, friend of the bride, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Maddy Dewet, friend of the bride, of St. Paul.
The best man was Evan Hegwood, brother of the groom, of Mankato. Groomsmen were Adam Elseth, friend of the groom, of St. Louis Park, Casey Schumaker, friend of the groom, of Albert Lea, and Jonathan Breuer, friend of the groom, of Albert Lea.
The flowergirl was Ava Lacina, daughter of Amber Edwards and Luke Lacina of Cedar Falls.
Ushers were Calvin Petersen, friend of the couple, of Albert Lea and Michael Elseth, friend of the groom, of Albert Lea.
The Rev. Janet White officiated.
Pianist Robert Tewes was the musician.
Personal attendants were Jennifer Gangestad, friend of the bride, of LaCrosse, Wis., and Quinn Petersen, friend of the couple, of Albert Lea.
The host family was Michael and Amy Petersen, friends of the couple, of Albert Lea.
