Illegal garbage dumping reported

Someone was reportedly seen illegally dumping garbage into a garbage can at 3:32 p.m. Wednesday at 118 E. Front St.

 

Ring stolen from house

A ring was reported stolen at 10:26 a.m. at 2129 Harmony Ave., Albert Lea.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of East Fountain Street and North Newton Avenue. A vehicle had been hit sometime between 9 a.m. and noon.

 

Spray-paint reported on building

A building was reported spray-painted at 3:28 p.m. Wednesday at 513 E. Seventh St.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Miguel Angel Muniz, 26, for misdemeanor domestic assault at 3:41 a.m. today at 210 E. Front St.

 

Political signs stolen

Two Peggy Bennett political signs were reported stolen at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday from the corner of Sunset Street and Cedar Avenue.
