On behalf of Deb Mortensen, Terri Zabrocki, Jess Williamson and me, we feel compelled to address the rumors, lies and misconceptions about the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office and Sheriff Bob Kindler.

We are current employees and trust Sheriff Kindler’s leadership and professional character. He is approachable and there is great communication and we know that he is doing an excellent job. Our role as support staff is one that he appreciates and we know we can go to him with any concern.

We have a hard time respecting candidates who are telling lies and bad-mouthing the same office they say they want to lead. By disrespecting Sheriff Kindler they are disrespecting all Sheriff’s Office employees. We do not appreciate the other candidates painting all employees with the same brush. They cannot speak for everyone.

Please vote in the primary Tuesday and re-elect Sheriff Bob Kindler!
