The Albert Lea Civil War Roundtable will have its next meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday in Southwest Middle School’s library. Kelly Callahan will talk more about the Towne brothers and the Northwood Civil War letters. Much of what is known about personal experiences during the Civil War came through the soldiers’ correspondence with family and friends. There will be time for questions and answers.
