Man arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jay Wirth Meyer, 51, at 9:47 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 35 for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after receiving a report of an intoxicated man leaving Diamond Jo Casino.

 

3 cited for underage drinking

Three juveniles were cited with underage drinking after authorities received a report of intoxicated juveniles at 4:20 a.m. Sunday at Perkins, 2215 E. Main St. One of the juveniles was also cited for possession of alcohol and drug paraphernalia.
