Habitat for Humanity Mower/Freeborn plans to celebrate volunteers and families. The organization is inviting all volunteers and families who have acquired their home through Habitat to their 23rd annual meeting and family reunion picnic. The picnic is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 11 in Edgewater Park in Albert Lea.  There will be lots of food, fun and free transportation to the site.

Volunteers will be honored and important business information will be discussed at the annual meeting. Habitat for Humanity is offering free bus rides to the Albert Lea site starting from the Austin office location, 800 Seventh Ave. NE.
