Over-expanding regulations. Whether it is agriculture, restaurants, teachers, schools, landowners, etc., over-regulations have devastated those sectors. Every year Rep. Shannon Savick and the Democrats dump more and more requirements and regulations on us. The cost of over-regulation has to either be swallowed by the individual or company or passed on, if possible, for someone to pay. More costs, fewer jobs.
