HUTCHINSON — Investigators have collected evidence from a farm near Hutchinson in the disappearance of a 25-year-old man.

The farm is near the home of a man charged with kidnapping Christopher Rossing of Albion Township. Officers from the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension as well as deputies from McLeod and Wright counties starting searching the farm Monday. The evidence has been sent to a lab for analysis.

Authorities said Robert Nuttall had a physical fight with Rossing along a highway in Howard Lake Aug. 23 after the two were drinking. Nuttall and Gwen Butcher are charged in Rossing’s disappearance.
