Keep Jay Hutchison.

Evidently City Manager Chad Adams has not driven around and looked at all our parks. Jay Hutchison has done one heck of a good job on our parks. And now we tell him we don’t need you anymore? Get out of here. After 21 years of service, we should not be treating Jay like this. What is wrong with this picture?

Well, I can tell you what is wrong. Money before workers. What would Chad Adams think if the councilors told him the assistant city manager is taking his job and he is out of here? Keep Jay Hutchison and our parks looking nice.
