Man strikes pole, Tribune building Friday with car

A 73-year-old Albert Lea man was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea Friday evening after he reportedly went off the road, struck a utility pole and then collided with the Albert Lea Tribune building.

David Tilton was driving westbound on Front Street at about 5:30 p.m. when he suffered a medical condition that led to the crash.

His condition as of press time was unknown. Look to the Tribune for more information.
