A free program, “Holiday Eating and Diabetes,” is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Freeborn County Historical Museum, 1031 Bridge Ave. in Albert Lea.

Emily Schmidt, registered dietician at Mayo Clinic Health System, will share specifics on healthy eating during the holiday season. The program will cover basic diabetes nutrition, tips for controlling your blood glucose during the holidays and a special recipe demonstration.
