I am writing this letter because of my respect and admiration for you, a man who has helped me, always been there in my time of need, and, in fact, saved my life. You are patient, understanding, smart as a whip, thorough, available when needed and, above all, a great human being.

To me, people like you are unsung heroes and when you retire I will miss you and never forget the top-notch health care you have given me throughout the years.
