WELLS — The Wells Chamber of Commerce plans to host a political forum next week.

The organization will host a discussion featuring House District 27A incumbent Shannon Savick, DFL-Wells, and challenger Peggy Bennett, R-Albert Lea. Audience members will be allowed to present questions.

The forum will including a question-and-answer session for Wells mayoral and City Council candidates, too. The two Wells mayoral candidates are challenger David Braun and incumbent Ron Gaines.

The three council candidates are Randy Anderson, incumbent John Herman and Whitney Warmka. Voters will be able to vote for two of the three.
