The Albert Lea Civil War Roundtable will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Southwest Middle School library.

The topic will be the search for John Wilkes Booth. A brief introduction about the early life of Booth and the steps leading up to the Lincoln assassination will be discussed.

A DVD about the search for Booth will be shown with a discussion following.

The Roundtable is free and open to anyone with an interest in the Civil War or the U.S. Dakota War of 1862.
