I have been the victim of a crime. Turning to the current Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office for help has been one of the most disappointing events that has happened to me.

When confronted about their failure, the very people I needed help from chose to attack my character. (I would never ask anyone to lie.)

The Sheriff’s Office is an elected position, by the very citizens it is supposed to protect. If those citizens don’t feel that protection, you can bet they will eventually speak out.
