Albert Lea’s Daybreakers Kiwanis recently welcomed Tim Reed of Albert Lea as a new member. Reed is a lender at Security Bank in Albert Lea. He, wife Emily and their two children also reside in Albert Lea. Coni Tuberty, left, Daybreakers Kiwanis member, presents Tim Reed, newly inducted Daybreakers Kiwanis member, with a homemade pie. It is a tradition in the club to give new members and/or their sponsors a pie during their induction ceremony. Albert Lea’s Daybreaker’s Kiwanis was established in 1976. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. — Provided
